I just came up with a better idea, why not post the ICE employees on the other side of the border, have them escort the criminals/ terrorists into the country, then give them a hot meal, bus passes, etc. We can then charge the illegals like the coyotes do and all will be well... sheesh!
LOL - Your proposal is, sadly, not far from what I see going on. May as well get it out in the open and up front - And in the process undercut the Coyotes and make a few bucks. Not bad, not bad at all. /sarc :-)
