"as if somehow these inked-fingered Republicans have something to do with that," Garofalo stated." JHII, if I had the opportunity to respond directly to Mzzzzzzzz. Garofalo it would go something like this, "They had a hell of a lot more to do with it than you did ... BITCH!"
She needs to move to one of those Islamic Mecca's she is so found of. Actually anywhere but here.

This is a well written piece, chock full of truths and zingers in every sentence bite. Of course, cry in their beer hand-wringing democrats won't see the humour in it. Thanks for posting.

Lets go ahead and publish our exit stategery so that the insurgent terrorists have a target to shoot for. On second thought...they had the elections to shoot at and failed miserably. I wonder if they are just a few thousand baddies who are determined to grab all they can now before the door slams shut.

The Democrats can't see the symbolism of freedom and reform as an inspiration for people to do even greater things. Oh where oh where are the folks who rallied a country to wipe out racism, to improve the condition of the poor, and to put a man on the moon? We are seeing a party that assumes the worst and not the best of their fellow countrymen. Pretty? NOT. To quote Howard Dean, all that's needed is more YEEEEEAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGHHHHH!!! Yeah, right.

The only color the DemonRATs have to show on their finger is the color they always show: PINKO. They are such a despicable lower life form that would cause me to burn my shoe if I ever stepped in it.

<<>> only this is enough for Iraqis to dip even their heads into the purple ink to prove thanks for coming freedom .. for Bush and republicans whether they dipped a finger or not .

"The American left are the Kings and Queens of symbolism. They invented symbolism and practice such with jaw-dropping virtuosity. They're the Thomas Edisons, Wright Brothers, Neil Armstrongs and Michael Jordans of symbolism. Liberals like Garofalo are the biggest ribbon-wearing, peace-sign making, "you can't hug your kids with nuclear arms" bumper sticker displaying, "sit-in," "bed-in," "dead-in," three-minute hunger-strike to call for a free Tibet having, "concert against Bush" attending bunch of pests on the planet."
LMAO. This is one reason I love conservative writers. They are just so damn funny.

On MSNBC's "After Hours" program, Garofalo told both of the cable network's viewers that the symbolism of the ink-dipped fingers of Congress was disgusting. "As if they have solidarity with the Iraqis who braved physical threats against their lives to vote ... as if somehow these inked-fingered Republicans have something to do with that," Garofalo stated. And Christians shouldn't wear crosses unless they have personally been crucified?

Well, actually Ms. Garofalo, WE republicans had ALOT to do with it, as OPPOSED to you folks.
