(whispering) Sis, can't remember if I remember! LOL. But you see I read Stephen King novels, so I know about the story. I enjoyed the tv show. I'll have to check out the movie as suggested.

I'm surprised no one has wanted to make an "updated" version of the movie! You know, I never considered this, but come to think of it, you're right. The storyline was based on Shakespeare's The Temptest in much the same way as Apolcalypse Now took its roots from Joseph Konrad's Heart of Darkness.
Who would you cast? No one comes to mind right now, but I think the hardest part to assign would be Dr. Morbius himself. Walter Pidgeon was fabulous in that film, and I don't know who could be cast in his place.

Oh...oh.....I do think I've seen this on tv before. Is this the one with the gazebo? Where he goes up there and has the vision of the murder but can't see the murder?

The hubby loved that show. MoJo tried real hard to like it, but I just didn't get into it.
Thanks for sharing your favorites! I know there are others that have posted or that are lurking that think MoJo should try harder to watch Babylon 5. LOL!
