If one follows the logic and fairly redistributes the wealth the following should also take place:
The tribes from West Africa that sold slaves to the West should are at least 50% responsible and should therefore contribute to the pot. Since Annan is from Nigeria, he could help organize this effort
Any non-British immigrant to America also has the right to compensation. In my city, New Orleans, the Irish immigrants (hence Irish Channel) were "used" to drain the swamps, as the mortality rate was so high that it wasn't cost effective for the slaves to do it. Therefore, they should also be compensated. New Orleans was also home to the women who worked in the Brothels in Europe (the environment was so harsh that women didn't want to live there) so they should be compensated as well.
