Judge just ruled, in essence, that the GOP is entitled to a re-vote. he is now making rulings on the different motions so the entire case can proceed to the state supreme court a fast as possible.

I like this judge. He's not gonna let the legislature take it.
But you can bet he will try to come up with a ruling that won't be overturned on appeal.

The judge just made a clarification on the law for the basis of ruling that misconduct is evidenced in this election. Seems clear a move to make it tight if/when it goes to appeal.
