Of course, with opponents like this clown from Pierce County, I don't think it will take much to prevail.
The election, which was all a mess was not made a mess in a single County. The WHOLE election and the WHOLE process is a MESS and each County is a part of that WHOLE. I BET there is not one County that did not have a single problem...ie dead voter, felon voting, more voters than ballots, etc....so seeing they are all part of the whole not a single one should be excluded.
Republicans have some very big guns behind this - many of the same lawyers involved in Florida 2000. Rest assured, the party and the Republican Governors Association and a lot of private individuals are behind this 100%!!!
He just planted that idea in everyone's head on where the GOP will be going if they don't get co-operation during discovery.

"Barbie" - or is it Bambi? - from Benton County is now saying that since some counties have been dismissed from the suit by the Republicans, why can't we? Comes across as whiney. Why did Benton send a Deputy Prosecuting attorney and not their lead Prosecuting Attorney?
