Live discussion of the hearings in Chelan County on Dems motions to dismiss the Rossi con test of the governors election. King5.com is streaming live!
Dems motion that this has to be handled in the Legislature not the courts - DISMISSED!!
Dems motion on venue - meaning that it shouldn't be heard in Chelan Count, that it should be heard only in the Supreme Court or another county - DISMISSED!
Individual counties are now arguing aginst them being parties to the contest, I believe.
VERY good....thanks for this.....I've got to leave, but I'll be checking back......GO....FREEDOM!!!!
Thanks for the thread.
How they are saying that with a straight face is beyond me. How can you have more ballots than voters and more voters than ballots and not have done something wrong? Maybe nothing was intentionally done wrong, but clearly things were not done correctly.
BTTT. I want to keep this one alive........
BTTT and thanks for this thread!
Dems trying to say you have to prove intentional wrongdoing - ie, intentional fraud. Can't wait for the Republican repsonse......
Democraps claiming there were no irregularities or no problems with certification in King county. Haven't explained why there are 3700 moretes than voters.
Just to be precise, that 3700 number is the total of both more votes than voters and more voters than votes. The net total is just over 2000. The 3700 is the more important number as it shows how truly large the problem is.
I don't think the judge is buying this crap.
BTTTTTTTTT
ping!
Is it on radio anywhere? My firewall won't let me watch King 5.
If there were established procedures for voter verification, counting and chain of custody along with training for same, failure to comply could be deemed "intentional".
Ping!
I cannot find it anywhere but on King5.com and someone else said cable TV has it on channel 37. John Carlson will recap at 3:00 on KVI: http://www.570kvi.com has John live streaming starting at 3:00 pm.
Is it true that King County said there was always a difference, yet neglected to mention in 2000 it was only 17?
>>>The 3700 is the more important number as it shows how truly large the problem is.
Thanks!
I guess the Dems can't take no for an answer, and if they thought this was reason to dismiss, why didn't they say so until now?? Will they keep getting a NO, then keep coming back with new reasons why it should be dismissed? They are too late with these arguments, even if they were valid.
