On "Meet the Press" last Sunday, John Kerry admitted he had not been in Cambodia on Christmas in 1968, even though he said on the Senate floor that the memory had been "seared seared in me."
What Kerry told Tim Russert last Sunday was that he had been in Cambodia, but it was a different day, that he had "jumbled the two together, but we were five miles into Cambodia." Then he brought up his famous "CIA guy," insisting that he and his crew were five miles into Cambodia on a secret mission "with CIA agents I believe they were CIA agents special ops guys."
Here we have it: the famous Kerry shifting sands. It wasn't Christmas in 1968, but he still insists he was in Cambodia, but now with some secret squirrel CIA guys who have never come forward to validate Kerry's new story. ...

Teresa has asked me to ask you guys to be reasonable. It was a secret operation ... so secret that it was being directed by Richard Nixon, who was not yet in office.
But, I can tell you this much: I have never revealed this to a living soul, but I was on that secret operation. We swam the Mekong in the dead of a moonless night, with our Kabar knives in our teeth and our secret decoder rings on the third finger of our left hands, wearing nothing else but those Rambo-Type headscarves that Lt. John Kerry introduced. We were accompanied by a dog that the Lt. had captured from the Viet Cong and turned into a pet, after curing it of rabies and communist indoctrination. Riding in a special container on the back of the dog's neck was an attack-trained hamster, whose life the Lt. had saved, risking hamster STD's by giving it mouth to mouth respiration and heart massage.
After swimming well into Cambodia, we took advantage of the Cambodian habit of riotous Christmas Celebrations, and disabled their nuclear weapons capability and a small Cambodian style pizzeria, on our way back, the Lt. married the beautiful daughters of a local and very wealthy chieftain. The Lt. then wrote the after-action report giving us lucky enlisted men the Merit Badge for Night Swimming and himself the Congessional Medal of Honor, the Pour le Merite with Triple Diamonds, and The Victoria Cross. I was also preesent afterwards, when he swore himself into the Legion d'Honneur.
The rest is, as they say, history.
Even if the Khmer Rouge story were true--it would be an act of a traitor--because the US never supported the Khmer Rouge, a radical communist group.
Kerry and his "imaginary friends". Classic.
As Grampa Dave said: "Christmas, 1968: Kerry with his Swift Boat Crew
in Scambodia. Kerry is wearing his CIA hat that came from Richard Nixon
a month before Nixon was sworn in as President."
OK ... so Kerry was in Cambodia delivering weapons to the Khmer Rouge, and the guy who gave him the hat was a KGB spook. Steve Gardner didn't know where they were or what they were doing. It's all clear and consistent now.
John Kerry is a LIAR!I'm NOT holding my breath for him to sign that 180, either.
Although he said he would.[See my last post also, just above.]
My thanks to BulletBobCo for the concept of this
pic and to Conspiracy Guy for the captions!
Sign Standard Form #180!
Thanks for the link. This is what I said.
Now that you have stated you will release ALL of your military records by signing Form 180 we will be able to see if you initially received an honorable discharge.
Character does matter! The people have a right to know exactly what the ramifications of your anti-war activities were as it relates to ANSWER, National Security and our Constitution.
Thank you and we are anticipating this time you will not flip/flop on your word.
Kenny - that is priceless. we need to shop that around...
can I forward your words?
'We later went across the street to Fifi's.'
not for malts, I assume...
hahahaa! Perfect. :^D
You're absolutely right, but to my knowledge, Russert is the only MSN anchor to ever ask Kerry directly and on the air to sign the 180.
Of course, Kerry was lying and will continue to lie so it seems to me that Russert is the one that we should put the pressure on. Will he follow up or won't he? Is he a real "journalist" or a shill?
I'm emailing him to encourage him to follow up.
My message:
We're wondering if Tim Russert can salvage that pathetic and extremely ill timed interview with John Kerry last week by following up on Kerry's statement that he will sign the Form 180?
Or will you let your credibility go the way of Mr. Kerry's?
We haven't looked at the obvious person to stand up for him...it would be Richard Clarke!
