DEMS CALL IRAQI ELECTION A FARCE 10,000 Attorneys Readying To Invade Baghdad
MoveOnPlease.org ^ | February 2, 2005 | National Lampoon

We have yet to hear the results of the Iraqi’s first legitimate vote in over thirty years and President Bush and is already trying to paint the election as a success. It isn’t working.

Questions need to be asked and answered.

How do we know that those who did vote didn’t vote AGAINST Democracy? How fair is an state of an election when it doesn’t allow the last elected president to run? A president, who we might remind you, received OVER 100% of the vote in the last election. In perpetrating this fraudulent message of success, Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh have been strangely quiet. How loud the indignation if their George W. Bush had not been allowed to run again because of what are still only alleged crimes of murder, mutilation and rape of hundred of thousands of Iraqis. Guilty before facing your accusers in court. Is this the Democracy we’re giving to Iraqi?

With a ballot fraught more complications than a John Kerry speech, how in the world can we expect an accurate vote count? We don’t even know the outcome of the Iraqis voting in Dade County was.

If 10,000 democrat lawyers go to Baghdad, the terrorists sympathizers will swell in ranks. But terrorists don't discriminate. If they look like american lawyers, they'll be targets.

You know, I can barely bring myself to comment here. Just when I think you DUmmies have sunk tot the lowest point of cognitive activity allowable, to survive, you top yourself. You are COMPLAINING, because ol, good guy, peace loving Saddam, was not allowed to run, in this election? This has to be a joke, because no sane person would write it(or it would seem that way.

SO, you would rather have that Gandhi-like character Saddam, in power, showing his "kindness and compassion", to the Iraqi's?, Man, I just don't think the ol' elevator is even making it past the lobby, in your head, pal, let alone to the top!

Keep in mind, that your side is the one who STILL thinks that the way to stop terrorism, is to send the terrorist leaders Hallmark cards and flowers. And, you all call us the wackos on the right? I know of 8 year olds, who probably have a better understanding of world affairs than you do.

This is a treasonous act. By trying to make this political they will end up doing the enemy’s work, just as sKerry did after Viet Nam, and end up costing more American solders lives. These aren’t Americans, these people are traitors!!!!!!
The American people are going to kick them off of capital hill in the next elections. If you think you have it bad in the Senate and the House now, you ain’t seen nothing yet!!!!! Didn’t you learn anything by watching Tommy? He tried to stop the country dead in its tracks, now he is unemployed.
You are beyond contempt!!!!

It isn't 30 years - it's 50 years.

And .. what these dolts don't understand is that THE TURNOUT was the success. Who the Iraq people voted for isn't known - but the very fact they voted MAKES IT A SUCCESS.

But .. what can we expect from people with such closed minds ..??

Those 10,000 lawyers going to Baghdad will be going for another purpose, namely to check on war crimes of those insurgents.
At the same time these lawyers are there to pick up where all those Professors, Seattle's Baghdad Bob McDermott, and Sean Pen left off:
As human shields to convincingly show those courageous voters what true liberal lawyers do to protect freedom loving people.
