*Michael, HAVE A HEART !!!!!For Valentines Day give Terri back to her MOM & DAD, The Schindlers!!!!!!!!*
The Terri Schindler Schiavo Daily Threads are created month to month as we watch local and national news regarding Terri and her family.
Since Terri's supporters are in every time zone, you may see something FIRST. Please share news with us that you don't see here already. Now, why would you want to do that? Terri's Daily Thread for September/October of 2004 was viewed over 15,000 times. Terri's November Daily Thread was viewed over 6,000 times. December's thread is over 3,000 views. January 2005 Daily Thread was a RECORD HIGH!!!!!!! 15, 103 VIEWS!!!!!!
More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.
Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.
Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.
Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.
See Terri's flash movies if you need more information. You can see for yourself that's she's interactive and follows the doctor's instructions.

NOTE: Terri's December Dailies are noted as a source above. There are lots of important links at the very top of that thread. If you missed Terri's Celebration of Life, you can click on it from there.
AGAIN WE HAVE A NEW RECORD: 15,103 views on the tote board for the Terri Schindler Schiavo January Daily Thread!
The most significant event in Terri's case in January, was the Supreme's Courts refusal to hear Governor Jeb Bush's appeal, after the Florida State Legislature struck down Terri's Law. This once again places Terri's life in extreme jeopardy, though there are other issues regarding her case before the court.
"Your request is exactly Why FR should buy the Google Search Software for this message board. If it was pwereed with Google Search we would be able to find old things instead of always relying on the tried and true pc93 who appears to be the official librarian.
I wish Jim would get Google Search software."
I do too. When I search on goolge I can sometimes narrow it down to a FreeRepublic Thread, but haven't found anyway to find out which post it is in. When you have a large thread like ours, it's very time consuming to do a search on each page.
Maybe we could ask Jim to add that to his next donation campaign. I know I would give more on my next donation if we could get them to put in a better search engine. It is already one of the best web sites on the internet. A search engine would make it the best
Or maybe there is already a way to a complete search on a thread that I am not aware of.
Can anyone confirm that Terri's Doctor was the brother to Mr. Jergen, partner in the Jergen/Centonze Insurance Agency?
That reminds me, whatever came of the incident last summer when needle caps were found in Terri's gown? Felos of course placed the blame on her family but the whole thing was rotten to the core. Was it set up to get the family out or was hino trying to kill her again?
Didn't Greers latest ruling say that he gave the family till 3/18 so they can prepare last rites?
I don't know. I'm going through the 92-93 transcripts again right now.
I don't recall that ever being posted. The Jerger Centonze Isurance co is listed as inactive on Sunbiz.
There is something re Bambakoudis (sp?) someone personally associate with Felos whose brother is a doctor and testified against Terri in front of Greer.
There was never an explanation other than they may have been left (on accident) by one of the staff, I believe they were later identified as something other than a needle cap. The marks on Terri were explained as scratches which could have occurred from some equipment.
FWIW i am thinking October of 2003 this would have been discussed.
From this website (scroll down) I found this:
.... 4) Terri's doctor, Dr. Gambone resigned (10/'03); he had previously testified Terri would die within a few days of starvation/dehydration. Terri has an obvious will to live.Tripodis -- is that the name of the physician they finally found who was willing to reinsert/reinstall the g tube into Terri Oct '03? is this the (possible) relative, or is there another dr.?5) Michael has enlisted the services of a new doctor, Stanton Tripodis, who has 5 malpractice suits against him. Clearly, Michael is attempting to provide sub-standard care for his wife.

Case no. 96001434C1 filed 3-6-96
Case no. 98002289C1 filed 4-7-98
well, look -- might have had a name change? just saw it on something, let me find it again.
Perhaps the tide is turning. Greer is losing his power and his grip. Here's hoping his house of cards soon falls.
Does this site have any relevance or provide any vital and helpful information? FOTKI [snip] (Friday, Oct 31st, 2003) "P.S. Am just getting documentation from researchers working on Freerepublic.com regarding Terri's circumstances and are discovering interconnections between Terri's new doctor (brother to Mr Jerger -Insurance owner, mobile home speciality, who is part owner of the company who EMPLOYS jodi, Michael's mistress.....Jodi works in the Medical area of teh firm, having been promoted from office manager. The insurance agency has changed name to Intliberty Insurance, but Original Jerger remains part owner. If this is true, and if what is coming out about Wolfson and his financial problems, his open (sourced) commments favorable to EUTHANSIA....then Judge Demers.... this is going to blow apart." 4,184 posted on 02/26/2005 1:00:34 PM EST by STARWISE (JUDGE GEORGE GREER'S CREDO: LAST RITES INSTEAD OF CIVIL RIGHTS. Jodi's name is not listed on any docs at the Fl business site.

Keep at it, FReepers ... will check back in a few. I'm painting and praying, and praying and painting.
Nancy Grace has been supportive of victims, espeically abused women, if we let her know some of the facts, including that Greer declared that no autopsy can be performed, maybe she'll jump on it on her new show on "Headline News" station. She can reached at through through www.cnn.com/nancygrace.

Research Interests
My research is concerned with the effects of aging on auditory function. I use accuracy scores, reaction times, and auditory evoked potentials as tools to examine the effects of aging on the processing of auditory information by both peripheral and central auditory mechanisms. Current research is concerned with the surface topographic mapping of event-related potentials measured in the dichotic listening paradigm. This research focuses on the efficiency of interhemispheric transfer of auditory information and how it is affected by aging.
