More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.
Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.
Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.
Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

AGAIN WE HAVE A NEW RECORD: 15,103 views on the tote board for the Terri Schindler Schiavo January Daily Thread!
The most significant event in Terri's case in January, was the Supreme's Courts refusal to hear Governor Jeb Bush's appeal, after the Florida State Legislature struck down Terri's Law. This once again places Terri's life in extreme jeopardy, though there are other issues regarding her case before the court.
What floor is Terri on? Could someone open a window and slip in a camera?

Hmm, perhaps he's been the judge on some of their cases. If he's covered their butts then they are in debt to him. Someone might wish to search Greer's past cases. It would have to be done at the courthouse and in person and would take many days or weeks to wade through it all, but I'm betting they'd run across many familiar names.

Supposedly the ones closest to George W. Greer are the States Attorney McCabe and the new state representative, a man named "Rice."
She also had her poor (now departed) mother on the deathwatch -- that woman barked out ugly restrictions on the Schindlers. And now she is no more!
George W. "Haman" Greer is both physically and spiritually blind. He could not see Terri if he visited her, and he has no spirit left to share. Shame on Pinellas Co.
I think the reason that we have not heard from more pastors is that they are clueless about Terri. There has been little coverage of her on MSM, and "headline" news is what most pastors have time to hear. They have so many duties trying to tend to their errant flocks as well as preparation of fresh sermons once and twice a week.
I quit watching "Hannity and Colmes" more than a year ago because I cannot stomach Colmes. I hear Hannity on radio a decreasing number of hours per week.
FREEPERS WE NEED TO FLOOD THE FLA LEGISLATURE WITH EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS NEXT WEEK. I heard on Local Fox 13 tonight that the legislature (some of them) have stated that they are working on a bill to prevent starvation-dehydration if there is no living will BUT THEY MIGHT NOT MAKE IT RETROACTIVE FOR TERRI SCHIAVO. That's not acceptable. They retroactively added her in to a new bill in order to STARVE HER but they can't retroactively add her into a new bill TO SAVE HER LIFE?????
Why does the hospice want Terri dead so badly? When she dies, the Medicaid payments to the hospice will cease. Remember, as in Watergate, it's all about money.
Such a bill would be useless for Terri, and Jeb should veto it.
Uh oh...Greta just used Terri's case as a jumping off point to have on some guy to talk about his wife who was "PVS" and what HE did...Greta claiming this guy knows what Terri's case is all about. I turned her off, for good.
Continued phone calls, e-mails and faxes become harassment and office personnel eventuallly turn a deaf ear.
Years ago, "Madison Avenue" advertising agencies had the viewpoint about persons taking the time to write favorably or unfavorably with regard to a product, "One letter equals the opinion of 50,000 people."
We have 3 weeks to deluge Florida, Washington, D.C., and the Justice Department with snail-mails. Handwritten P.S.'s get more attention.
Rarely have I written to members of the House and Senate and not received a personal reply, Democrat and Republican.
Even the Comptroller of Currency answered, agreeing with my complaint about a bank. Old Alan Greenspan was too busy concocting the economy.
They can make room for another one? I mean, if they go on with Terri, they might eventually get caught with their hand in the Federal Cookie Jar. Whereas if Terri dies, however she dies, while at the Hospice, it provides a fig leaf of authenticity to her stay there. Then the next case in that room, in that bed, may not be fraught with the same worry of getting caught. Remember, the Hospice Movement in general does have a vested interest in the Euthanasia Movement...the more the merrier. Head 'em up, move 'em out, kill 'em, bring in the next bunch, before somebody catches on that some of these people weren't really terminal to begin with.
I believe that Hospice has a pro-DEATH agenda. Didn't someone here post that George Felos was on the board at Hospice for a number of years (and he is a pro-euthanasia activist)?
I've heard more stories about Hospice around the country (some good, some bad), but I have heard enough bad, that I feel that Hospice should be investigated, especially in Florida.
Why is Terri at a Hospice, anyway? I thought Hospice was for patients at the end of their life. Terri has been alive for 15 years, & could live to be 100 if given good care.
