More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.
Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.
Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.
Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

AGAIN WE HAVE A NEW RECORD: 15,103 views on the tote board for the Terri Schindler Schiavo January Daily Thread!
The most significant event in Terri's case in January, was the Supreme's Courts refusal to hear Governor Jeb Bush's appeal, after the Florida State Legislature struck down Terri's Law. This once again places Terri's life in extreme jeopardy, though there are other issues regarding her case before the court.
Doesn't this DCF investigation because it's ordered from the executive branch, over rule Greer? Please don't tell me that Greer could say remove the feeding tube tomorrow before the DCF investigation even gets going. This is why I say, JEB BUSH MUST by Executive Order, initiate the investigation. Surely, the Governor of the State trumps a Judge of the State. Otherwise Florida is Governed by Judges and if it is, it is governed by corruption.

Nothing knew, but he defended her well on the moral issue of starving or dehydrating anyone to death. I thought he wasn't quite as familar with the case as he should have been, but he was strongly for Terri.
I hadn't heard Alan's opinion before. He came through loud and clear tonight that he wanted to kill Terri and that he claimed to believe her husband. I don't see how any one really believes an adulterous husband that stands to get money on her death, so I guess Alan just wants to kill off the disable.
Aha!! I have someone who agrees with me on the civil disobedience. Does anybody really believe that Greer is going to let himself be investigated BEFORE Terri is dead? The executioners are going to have to be stopped, blocked, whatever it takes.

Hi, tut & fv -- sorry for the delay, I was just scrolling through old stuff looking for pxrs of Terri in addition to doing 3 other things.
Yes, I did a cut and paste on the posts, put them in different fonts, and printed them out with the nice pictures. I mailed the printout in a Priority box with some other things to the Schindlers at the address at Terri's fight in time for her party. Unlike other times we've done things like that, I never got confirmation that the box was received.
btw, Greta said Bobby Schindler will be on tomorrow night.
But FV Save America is FAR DIFFERENT in my mind, than calling for the Judge's Impeachment. That is the one I would like to see cranking 5,000 an hour.

To me it's scarry that Judge Greer wants to fax his decision. Is he trying to hide behind the fax, because good people everywhere won't like his decision?
Although, on the other hand, it seems it would be political suicide for him to rule against Terri while there is still an important court battle that will last for 60 days.

Most likely, Stan Tripodis, the one who took over after Victor Gambone quit. Tripodis has been sued for malpractice five times. It's so nice to know that Michael has chosen an excellent doctor to perform this work on Terri.
