More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.
Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.
Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.
Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

The most significant event in Terri's case in January, was the Supreme's Courts refusal to hear Governor Jeb Bush's appeal, after the Florida State Legislature struck down Terri's Law. This once again places Terri's life in extreme jeopardy, though there are other issues regarding her case before the court.
Please see 2992 and pick a few things to do. Please make some phone calls for Terri and her family the Schindlers. Talking points? They may begin to starve Terri as early as this afternoon. She's alert and aware and never said she wanted to be killed by starvation-dehydration.

Jeb Bush is back to Tallahassee from South America today. If we get bad news on or before 5:00 pm est, WE NEED TO START CALLING GOV. BUSH, THE FLA HOUSE AND THE FLA SENATE AGAIN. The governor is looking for suggestions from Terri's family??!!
I have a suggestion for the governor:
"Jeb, get down there to that hospice/hellhole with a pile of state troopers, take her out of there and to an undisclosed location, pronto!
Then place her in your protective custody by executive order.
Follow that up with a massive, and COMPLETE investigation of the myriad violations of state law which abound in this case, and prosecute the perpetrators! To the fullest extent of the law, and then some.
And while you're at it, instruct the head of your Department of Health Services to close down that hospice, since it's illegally operating a starvation bunker on the premises.
It's so simple a child could figure it out.
And if anybody has a problem with that, tell them to suck an egg."

Please not only call all of our Florida House Representatives, Senators, Congressman, Government Officials, etc. but we ask that you do the same in your own state asking your government representatives to contact the President, the U.S. Attorney General, and our representatives in Florida to intervene because Florida like all other states has adopted the United States Americans with Disabilities Act which expressly prohibits denying a substantially disabled patient in the United States of America nor permitting the authorization of any represenstiave or Guardian of an individual with a disability “to decline food, water, medical treatment, or medical services for that individual” pursuant to Title 42, U.S.C. Sections 12101 and Cf 28 CRF, Ch 1, Subpart B, Section 35.130. Call everyone please! Buy a phone card if necessary. Call now.
But the "social revolution" is interesting. Shades of George Soros and his groupies there.

Check with St. Pete JC. I did. They don't have a dental school there, but do teach a dental hygiene program.
In Florida and most, if not all other states, Dental Hygenists are not permitted to perform surgical procedures such as pulling teeth and there is no program where they are trained to. Dentists pull teeth- not hygenists!
You need to control your "troops".
Bill 701 is still being fine tuned which would prevent anyone's feeding tube and hydration from being withheld who didn't have a written directive. THE FLA LEGISLATURE DOESN'T MEET IN SESSION UNTIL MARCH 8th.
That bill has been sent to committees. Contact your reps and tell them to co-sponsor and support it.

I called our local representatives and talked about a law to do this, and they almost laughed at me.
Seriously, that's pathetic!! Public servants huh? Well they need to realize that we're going to remember who they were come the next election and we'll blog and we'll call and they will "earn" the salary they collect thanks to the taxpayers of Florida!! Be sure to call Stan Jordan, he's one of the good guys!

I keep saying that we need to organize a boycott of Florida until they get their act together. I would be afraid of traveling there for fear of falling victim to their death industry. There are just too many conflicts of interest with so many state politicians on the Boards Of Directors of hospices and nursing homes. Death is big business there.
We need to hit them in the pocket book, it seems that that is the only thing they understand. They have so much to lose.
