I called the Govs. office and got some younger sounding woman and I asked them what was happening in the Theresa Schiavo matter and they said the courts haven't decided yet. I then told them that the Governor is the Chief Law Enforcement Office of the State and that he is Head of the DCF and AHCA and that there were non-addressed complaints by AHCA and she transferred me to AHCA main receptionist.

Then I responded to an e-mail that David Kirkland had sent out to a ton of officials with a reply all with this:

I am supposed to be in training this week and already missed one day. My job is in jeopardy because my Governor and President cannot do their damn jobs. I called. The lady said it was purely about alimony. So I took the opportunity to ask him to do something about Terri's case. she said he couldn't until it was resolved by the family and attorneys.

I said he could help by introducing a bill to repeal the law that allowed starvation and dehydration in the first place. It was only passed in 1999 and other states do not allow such a cruel and inhumane method of killing someone.

I've just sent my letter to Crist giving him the article url and asking why no investigation?

Does he have the cajones? We'll see. This little love triangle must surely include law enforcement. How else can you explain no investigation into Terri's bone scan?

Anyone know if there is a statute of limitations on police corruption/negligence?

The Sheriff's Dept. had a "homicide investigation" file opened when Terri collapsed (or whatever he did to her). Curiously, they never did AN INVESTIGATION! Michael's live in's MOM worked at the Sheriff's Dept. SO DID ATTORNEY SWOPE who is a Michael attorney. SHERIFF RICE IS BUDDIES WITH GREER.
