*Michael, HAVE A HEART !!!!!For Valentines Day give Terri back to her MOM & DAD, The Schindlers!!!!!!!!*
The Terri Schindler Schiavo Daily Threads are created month to month as we watch local and national news regarding Terri and her family.
Since Terri's supporters are in every time zone, you may see something FIRST. Please share news with us that you don't see here already. Now, why would you want to do that? Terri's Daily Thread for September/October of 2004 was viewed over 15,000 times. Terri's November Daily Thread was viewed over 6,000 times. December's thread is over 3,000 views. January 2005 Daily Thread was a RECORD HIGH!!!!!!! 15, 103 VIEWS!!!!!!
More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.
Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.
Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.
Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.
See Terri's flash movies if you need more information. You can see for yourself that's she's interactive and follows the doctor's instructions.
Visit: http://www.terrisfight.org
NOTE: Terri's December Dailies are noted as a source above. There are lots of important links at the very top of that thread. If you missed Terri's Celebration of Life, you can click on it from there.
AGAIN WE HAVE A NEW RECORD: 15,103 views on the tote board for the Terri Schindler Schiavo January Daily Thread!
The most significant event in Terri's case in January, was the Supreme's Courts refusal to hear Governor Jeb Bush's appeal, after the Florida State Legislature struck down Terri's Law. This once again places Terri's life in extreme jeopardy, though there are other issues regarding her case before the court.
Thank you. I plan to call him as well.
I don't normally registered with the newspapers that require it. Could you give us a summary? If it has new information, I can register then.
I am going to ask the bishop, What he intends to DO about it. Has he contacted the Governor, for instance?
I emailed the Bishop, but a call is better. If you call will you post their reply? Then the rest of us who call will be prepared with an answer to their reply (excuse).
The link takes you to the article. It's SHORT and SWEET.
I received a message that the restrictions against Scoop and The Empire JOurnal had been lifted. That is not completely so. Even though we clearly stated there would be no problem with copyright infringement as long as we gave permission, Scoop is still not allowed to post articles here. This is a link to the latest article at The Empire Journal http://www.theempirejournal.com/22105002_pattern_of_alleged_coll.htm
Pattern of Alleged Collusion,
In Guardianship Cases of Schiavo Judge

Schiavo Husband says Will Ignore
One Day Stay of Death Order
Will do. Gotta go make those calls. I'll be back soon.
I called the Govs. office and got some younger sounding woman and I asked them what was happening in the Theresa Schiavo matter and they said the courts haven't decided yet. I then told them that the Governor is the Chief Law Enforcement Office of the State and that he is Head of the DCF and AHCA and that there were non-addressed complaints by AHCA and she transferred me to AHCA main receptionist.
Then I responded to an e-mail that David Kirkland had sent out to a ton of officials with a reply all with this:
I just called the Governor's Office and tried to ask what was happening in the matter of Terri Schiavo and was told that the courts haven't decided yet. I told the person that Gov. Bush is the Chief Law Enforcement of the State and the Head of DCF and AHCA and how there was non-addressed complaints by AHCA. They transferred me to AHCA. This is going nowhere. I am supposed to be in training this week and already missed one day. My job is in jeopardy because my Governor and President cannot do their damn jobs. That goes for my representatives and for the FBI and the USDOJ whom I have notified of crimes against Teresa Schiavo in regards to people conspiring to murder her. IF YOU DO NOTHING TO AVERT THERESA SCHIAVO'S MURDER THE BLOOD IS ON YOUR HANDS!!!

(NOTE: After sending this e-mail so far Senator Tom Lee's Office deleted my e-mail without reading and so did House Rep. Carol Wetmiller's Office. I already called Tom Lee's office.)

> PROOF that George Felos LIED in court to Judge Greer during a hearing specific about this new finding in which the parents of Terri Schiavo asked the Judge to abate his ruling and order an investigation into how Terri got these serious and multiple fractures. They did not mean for Greer to do the investigation, but for him to do his SWORN OATH duty and legal requirement to bring in LAW ENFORCEMENT. Judge Greer, state attroney Bernie McCabe and past Sheriff Everett Rice have been seen together and it is reproted that Greer was overheard at a baseball game talking about the Schiavo case with one of them. Felos made claims and produce alleged affidavits, but unverified as noted in court, which state exactly the opposite of the doctor. Felos claimed that Terri had a bone disease and there was nothing there of any importance to warrant any further attention. Thus actively hiding the fact that this Guardian has concealed and not treated (Felony Crimes) the 13 fractures by trying to say that she merely has a bone disease. Wait till you read about THE BROKEN BACK and the BROKEN FEMUR probably caused by direct blunt trauma like furniture, stairs or golf club!

Robert -- this is rich -- part of what I was talking about. see if you can get this posted to your thread.
You might want to call the US DOJ in addition to the e-mail because they will not respond to your e-mail besides give you an automatic receipt of it.
"you should CALL GARY SPLIN. His number is 407-297-2071.
HE HAS A BILL THAT WOULD RE-DEFINE de facto remarriages (like Michael's) and cohabitation so that ex-spouses or women (like Terri) AREN'T HELD IN BONDAGE when the spouse has a de facto remarriage.
THEY BEST DEFINE DE FACTO REMARRIAGE to include EVERYONE, not just people who pay alimony."
I called. The lady said it was purely about alimony. So I took the opportunity to ask him to do something about Terri's case. she said he couldn't until it was resolved by the family and attorneys.
I said he could help by introducing a bill to repeal the law that allowed starvation and dehydration in the first place. It was only passed in 1999 and other states do not allow such a cruel and inhumane method of killing someone.
JUDGE GREER has been a puppet for Michael Schiavo's attorneys before. SHOCKING. WE NEED THE STATE TO INVESTIGATE THIS OTHER WOMAN WHO WAS STARVED TO DEATH THE SAME WAY BY THE SAME LAWYERS AND JUDGE. The daughter tried to save her mother but the DEATH LOBBY killed her mom!
http://www.theempirejournal.com/22105002_pattern_of_alleged_coll.htm
I've just sent my letter to Crist giving him the article url and asking why no investigation?
Does he have the cajones? We'll see. This little love triangle must surely include law enforcement. How else can you explain no investigation into Terri's bone scan?
Anyone know if there is a statute of limitations on police corruption/negligence?
Welcome back Scoop 1. Great to have you.
We are so glad to see your latest articles. I think you guys are doing a terrific job of turning up the heat.

This is like a crime syndicate.
Well I thank God you're with us!
You are doing ajam up job.!!
I sent the article link (collusion) to a reporter in Jax. Bet she's wishing she had that exclusive. Oh well, their loss, maybe they'll get their butts in gear and do some real "work" to get to the "real story" in the future instead of playing "pc" with the news!!
Thanks so much. Even some in the legislature doesn't realize this isn't a FAMILY DISPUTE. It is a CRIME IN PROGRESS WITH MANY PLAYERS.
Yes, but the USDOJ reads TEJ. So does Jeb, HHS, DOH, the Fla Legislature. Everybody who thinks they are special READS THE EMPIRE JOURNAL. And, that includes Judge Greer who bookmarked TEJ.
