More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.
Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.
Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.
Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

AGAIN WE HAVE A NEW RECORD: 15,103 views on the tote board for the Terri Schindler Schiavo January Daily Thread!
The most significant event in Terri's case in January, was the Supreme's Courts refusal to hear Governor Jeb Bush's appeal, after the Florida State Legislature struck down Terri's Law. This once again places Terri's life in extreme jeopardy, though there are other issues regarding her case before the court.
Hugh Finn's struggle is finally over

right, and the widsom of man is foolishness with God. I was looking for that verse, and lo and behold, look at what precedes it:
1Cr 3:17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which [temple] ye are. [please, dear God.]

Yes I know who Bob Marshall is, and I will never forget Hugh Finn. I'm not sure I can bring myself to open that link right now, but I will save it for later.

Could Michael R. Schiavo, George J. Felos, and their stooge, George W. Greer all be modern-day Hamans? Somehow though I suspect that this popular trio will come out of this as popular as ever, people being people.
I just think they are poor excuses for human beings. I hope God's warming up their new home a few thousand degrees.

"Today, Judge Greer issued an order stating that the 2nd District Court of Appeal's mandate does not automatically authorize Michael Schiavo to discontinue Terri's feeding tube without further authorization from the Court.
The order further states that Michael Schiavo is stayed from removing Terri's feeding tube until after the hearing set for Wednesday, Feb 23, 2005.
Today, George Felos faxed a letter to Judge Greer stating that Greer no longer has jurisdiction to issue further stays and that Schiavo will proceed the remove the feeding tube on Feb 22 at 1:00 pm. Felos indicated that he will authorize hospice to remove her feeding tube tomorrow despite Greer's order.
Wow, can an attorney do this? The judge ordered a stay and now he is saying they will kill her anyway?"
Judge Greer should hold Felos in contempt of court, since he's saying Judge Greer lacks jurisdiction anymore over this case.
Felos is beginning to show his looney side that was exhibited in his book.
If he and Michael attempt to remove Terri's tube tomorrow that should be plenty of justification for Greer to appoint a new guardian. If he was smart he would use the opportunity to get out of this mess before he is impeached.
Now that Judge Greer has issued a stay, I hope they do try to remove Terri's tube. Without a court order, the doctors will not be able to comply without breaking the law.
I think we could finally get Gov. Bush to act if this comes to past. Hopefully, Michael S. and Felos continue to show their arrogant attitude.
In a round-about way, I inferred the latter to someone today, and was called a fool. Coming from a US Congressman, maybe now it will have more legitimacy. I already knew that the Nazis planned for the US to be the Fourth Reich. Hearing what Bob Marshall said drives it home to me even more. Maybe it will make some who now jeer sit up and take notice, and maybe even get involved..
