Hah! Beat the ping again! ...by 50 secs. Boy, you're quick (which may not always be a good thing...). Now go back & check out the ping if you haven't yet. BTW, tried posting 30 min. earlier, but my server went south :-(

LOL!! These were some of the funniest ever. Ted Kennedy and the sinking car sure was hard hitting. Hee hee.
There were also some very moving cartoons too about the bravery of people who voted in Iraq. I am so proud the USA supported their efforts.

Wow, good one... But younger Freepers may not recognize it. Here's the famous Norman Rockwell painting, showing the early days of school desegregation, which the cartoon is referencing. It's from the days when black students enrolling in all-white schools for the first time often had to be escorted for their own safety (note the thrown tomato):
The title of Rockwell's painting was "The Problem We Live With".

I read some comments yesterday that Kerry's eyebrow was plucked. Looking at some of those screen-caps, I see what they mean. Kerry needs to apply for Extreme Make Over and fire his cosmetologist.

Thanks pookie - does anyone know if Washington Mutual has anything to do with HeinZ or sKerry (my wife and I have accounts there, but I guarantee I won't if that's the case)?
