Oh thank God. tr, you need to see this.
I hope and pray the transplant works. He is young and was in good shape before this so that is in his favor. I will pray for him and his family and the family of the donor.
God rest the soul of the poor donor. May this Marine live a long and happy life.
I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed, but this "donor" was no longer living, correct? The writing maakes it somewhat ambiguous. Is it possible to give a portion of a liver?
Great news!
Melany LeBleu, wife of U.S. Marine Lance Cpl. Christopher LeBleu, holds her husband's portrait while sitting next to Lt. Col. Matt Lopez, LeBleu's battalion commander, at Loma Linda University Medical Center in Loma Linda, Calif., Saturday, Jan. 29, 2004. Her husband returned from Iraq in September, 2004, fell ill in December and was diagnosed with an undetermined form of hepatitis and suffered acute liver failure. He needs a liver transplant and will likely die if he does not receive one soon, doctors say. (Reed Saxon / AP)
Great news! Semper Fidelis, Marine! Get well soon! God Bless You!
My prayers continue for this Marine. Lord, please hold this Marine in your tender care. Provide him with a quick recovery. Surround him with your love. In Jesus' precious name. Amen
Bahbah, thank you for the ping.

God bless the soul of the donor and thanks and healing to the donor's family.
Praising our Lord and praying for healing and blessings.
I had the pleasure to met Lcpl LeBleu's wife and mother at Loma Linda. We are members of the same online Marine family support group.
They are incredibly gracious people.
I can't begin to tell you how much your prayers and well wish's meant to them. They are very aware of the sad circumstance which brought a new liver to Chris, and forever grateful for the heartwrenching decision the donors family made.
Thank you
Susan
