U.S. Ambassador to Mexico plans to marry Mexican heiress

MEXICO CITY -- U.S. Ambassador to Mexico Tony Garza is engaged to marry Maria Asuncion Aramburuzabala -- Mexico's richest woman -- an embassy official said Sunday. 
Garza, a second-generation American whose four grandparents were from Mexico, was appointed ambassador in 2002 by U.S. President George W. Bush.
