It is graphic, but it is the reality that these people had to face in order to participate in the very free act of voting.

Hey, I've got some dumba$$ trying to diss this election thing.

I tell him that 72% of Iraqis turned out to vote in the election.

He says, "Big deal. Only 2% of Iraqis registered to vote.

1) I told him the percentage turnout of REGISTERED voters is the
STANDARD for judging turnout.

2) I am in doubt about that paltry number. How many Iraqis voted?
How many votes were cast?
