ON Headline News (CNN), they are talking about how Automated Waste Disposal trucks are now equipped with GPS devices. Sounds like to more to keep the drivers from stopping off at bars or Dunkin Donuts than a security measure.

I hope HAZMAT trucks already have these GPS devices. /wishful thinking/
