Nashville, Tennessee..
Whenever I'm singing "America the Beautiful" and come to that verse, I always have to stop because I get fahklempt.
That is a powerful picture of the 2 little girls.
Thanks, They say the Senate is the greatest deliberative body in the world, however, we have Kennedy with his shallow perspective, followed by Barbara Boxer with her attack on Dr. Rice and the GrandKlegle Robert Byrd holding up her nomination when that is exactly the type of person we need dealing with a bunch of thugs who put hoods over their heads and behead/disembowel innocent helpers trying to give aid to the general masses of Iraqis which deserve better than what Saddam has ever given them....all of those senators have disgraced those of us who have served, those who have relatives over there providing the protective cover for this long term event and never learned the lessons of Vietnam and the war protestors. We need a hanging on the national mall at the same time we level an insurgent sronghold and spray it with pig's blood and salt and ask "Who's next." I have been there and the bad guys only understand the big stick.
It is just after 10:00 PM Texas time and voting is now underway in Iraq.
Polls just opened in Iraq.
How exciting...prayers UP.
Bump and bookmark - GREAT thread - recording of a landmark event in world history.
Well then it must be true.

(snip)
An election worker told me a story about one voter. Yesterday, an Iraqi man stood before the ballot box and held his completed ballot in the air. He said, in a loud voice in Arabic, as he thrust his ballot in the box, "F--- Saddam! F--- Bin laden! F--- Zarqawi! F--- the terrorists!"
Blah, blah, blah, bLaH, uh blah, bl@h, blah, blah, blah, BlAh,uh blah, blah, blah, *belch!* blah, blah, blah.," Kennedy said.
Amen. Godspeed, Iraqis, and all who are giving blood for freedom.
Hello Kirby's friends

Who the hell is a pessimist? I question why you idolize these expatriots who ran away and show interest in returning. It takes more courage to stay and help your country build a new nation. The people standing in line in Iraq today have a hell of a lot more courage than expatriots born in this country. I dont understand why people not living in Iraq should have any say in the election...especially those who have never set foot in the country. Do you think I can go vote in England, Germany and Sweden because my relatives came from those countries?
fahklempt ain't in the dictionary,I'm German, hence the name dittmar, what does that mean?
This name for President Bush will give liberals a BAD case of heartburn.
After he had properly interrogated, of course...
They're off in a corner sulking because we haven't nuked anything yet.

We've brought them a whole new day, and they seem to be pretty happy about it.
By doing so we have made a worthwhile investment in our own future.
Thank God for that. This washed up Leftist may have found some way to screw it up, as he did for the USA during his miserable one term. Carter is a worm. Democrats are fools.
LMAO!!!
Hung up by a group of thoroughly pi$$ed off Iraqis!! Thw would be schweeet!
Great montage there. Thanks!
