Please explain to me how MPLS (Multi Protocol Label Switching), a carrier traffic switching and optimization protocol for their backbone networks, has ANYTHING to do with films.

"Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" should be the winner, yet not even nominated. The nominees for the most part are tired old formula pictures. The academy is drifting into the same safe p.c. harbor that the grammys is docked.
