Yeah, I've heard those nuts on Cspan. I still don't understand what motivates them to ignore the facts in front of their faces.
But the democRATS know that the Kool-Aid contingent isn't enough votes to win an election. A couple of years ago Bill O'Reilly divided the electorate into 4 groups; the hard Republicans, the hard Democrats, the issue dependent voters, and the clueless. I think I agree with this assessment. The hardest battle is for the clueless vote. That's where the MSM is useful for the Rats

"Republicans attack problems, Democrats just attack republicans."

That's good!
May I use that quote?

With attribution, of course.

So, ever since the election the Democrats have been engaged in a major internal debate on their future. How can they win back a majority of voters? What issues have they got wrong? And how should they reform themselves in order to become electable in future?

I think they're more centered on changing the minds and opinions of the citizenry than they are in changing their positions. Unless, of course, they'll just choose to lie, conceal, or mislead, and make the public think that they have reformed.

There's no way the Democrats can win. But there are ways that the Republicans can lose. They could lose the midterm elections if they don't get serious right away about judicial appointments. And they could lose the next election unless they identify a strong, conservative, pro-life, religion friendly candidate.

If a Democrat were to outflank the GOP on an issue with a high salience on the popular spectrum, they might get back in the game. Senator Hillary Clinton has hinted she might do precisely that over illegal immigration — where President Bush is extremely vulnerable.

Is this the real issue for the Admin now? If not, it should be. If Hitlery decides to use illegal immigration as a national security issue and the lapdogs in the MSM leap on board, the Admin could be in deep doodoo. Many a Pubbie will have to think about whether they want the rule of law to rule, or illegals to run free, or drive away free with US drivers licenses and free entry to our once sovereign nation. Think not, Mr. Rove?

This is nothing but beating around the bush (no pun intended).

What they refuse to admit to themselves is that their core constituency is a pack of rabid, foaming-at-the-mouth Marxists and Stalinists with little to nothing in common with the average American voter.

They have been seeking to undermine our entire society and culture for decades.

They have sided with and aided the enemies of Ameica since the 1930s, with a brief interlude during our alliance of convenience with the murderous beast Stalin.

They are delusional, violent, intolerant Marxist ideologues who hate everything about our country, and want to see us laid low - as in turning America into a filthy, neo-feudal Third World hell-hole, where the only equality is in equal misery for all.

Oddly enough, from everything I see and hear of their activities, they are absolutely hell-bent on igniting a nothing less than a full-blown Marxist revolution! In that respect, they are dangerously bordering on the mindset of the criminally insane - how could they possibly expect to win such a conflict, when the vast majority of their fellow useful idiots don't even know which direction to point the barrel of a gun?

A pox on them. And I hope against hope that they regain their sanity before they reap the bitter, bloody harvest they are desperately trying to sow.
