Well obviously you cared enough to post.

Every party needs a pooper.

Who cares.

Wait for the 50 billion people in several million threads whining that Passion of the Christ not being nominated in every single category is a crime against humanity.

Let me take a wild guess: Greatest movie ever made in the whole entire world: MMoore, Farenheit 9/11 ?

Watching it on Fox and Friends, otherwise I'd probably ignore it. :)

Who cares.

I'll second that and couldn't care less what the Hollyweird Left is doing.

Actually I suspect Jamie Foxx will take all five nomination slots in every category.

Especially if AMPAS voters are crazy enough to nominate Fahrenheit 9/11 as a political statement. Mind you, that will guarantee a massive boycott of moviegoers for the rest of this year.

I am so glad that Thomas Hadden Church is nominated for supporting actor.

Moore is an imbecile for allowing Fahrenheit to be shown on TV; made him ineligible for Best Documentary.

Looks like it won't win anything.

Well, in that case, you should be pleased to know that it seems to have been totally snubbed.

Was Passion eligible for best foreign film?

The Passion of the Christ did not garner even one nomination. Comes as no surprise: the world system run by Satan hates the Lord Jesus Christ. Needless to say I will not be watching this year.

It was not even mentioned... not even in the foreign film category.
It would seem to me that they should have some provision for handling what was the top grossing film of the year.

And F-451 was ignored as well.

Passion of the Christ received 3 nominations (Score, Cinematography, Makeup).

Fahrenheit 9/11 received nada, zip, zero, zilch.

There's a whinefest nipped in the bud.

They kind of went the obscure route.

Most folks don't/won't realize how controversial "Million Dollar Baby" is.

They got their political statement in anyway.
