We know Kerry will only be there for the period of time the cameras are on him. I suspect that is generally true of them all.
While Lugar speaks I shall take the opportunity to get some chores done. He's going to explain why she should be confirmed and I doubt he'll take the dems to task for their disgraceful behavior so I am not anticipating any rhetoric worth transcribing.
