This is my first post so I hope I got it right.
This is breaking here in San Anonio. A single engine plane has been forced down at Stenson Field south of San Antonio. Homeland Security, DPS and SAPD are on the scene. They are waiting for a Chinese tranlator but they have Chinese illegals in custody and said that the pilot was someone Homeland Security has been looking for.

The plane was picked up by HOMELAND SECURITY Radar and was flying in from the South but the origin was unknown. Well...
1) I didn't know we had Homeland Security Radar down here. And...
2) It wasn't flying in from Arkansas unless Slick Willie is back in the smuggling business. lol!!

Mexican authorities question man about Boston terror plot tip
SAN DIEGO The F-B-I says a man suspected of telling authorities about a possible terror plot targeting Boston is in custody.
Mexican authorities detained the man for questioning in the border town of Mexicali yesterday.
Agents say Jose Ernesto Beltran Quinones may be the one who reported that nuclear material was being brought into the U-S from Mexico. The implication from the tipster was that there was a plot to detonate a radioactive "dirty bomb."
Officials have said they doubted the terror claims. But the tip prompted a search for a group of Chinese nationals.
Some officials theorize the tip came from a smuggler who was trying to get revenge against Chinese immigrants, perhaps because they failed to pay.

More than likely, a Blackhawk or similar helicopter flew up to it, somebody inside pointed a gun at the Cessna, and beckoned them to follow the helo. A Blackhawk can easily keep up with a 172, especially an overloaded one.
