He'd better hope God blesses him, because I sure won't. King is nothing more than a petty thief and a thug, who stole millions of dollars during his career as a boxing manager from such legends of their sport as Muhammad Ali and Mike Tyson (a thug himself, Tyson was left bankrupt by bad business decisions made on his behalf by King). King is also a murderer, having "beat the rap" (despite the presence of eyewitnesses) on a early-1960's charge that he, while a small-time bookie, beat and stomped to death a man who owed him money.

No, King is not a Republican whom I admire or respect. In fact, I dare say that he is the ONLY Republican celebrity I wish would jump to the other side.
