Who has Brit Hume's address?
It's the only answer to why she is relegated to sounding like such an ill-informed idiot.
Put on FNC .. Ashcroft is on
Ashcroft holding a news conference now re UN oil for food scandal and a plea deal made with an Iraqi living in America, I believe.

Almost the same thing for me, except I was the ONLY conservative "host" in one of the cable channel's chat rooms!
One day somebody in there mentioned (mocked) FR and I went looking........found FR from the Whitewater link that use to be on Drudge!
I lurked for about a hour and couldn't believe how lucky I was to find everybody. I immediately registered as "Stalker" on July 20, 1998, (because I couldn't use Howlin because I used it at the chat room and the channel didn't want us out using those names!) and have been here ever since (since 1999 as Howlin though, when the chatroom and I had a difference of opinion!)
And I've been here since, driving liberals AND malcontents and unappeasables crazy!
Think of the money we've saved on psychotherapy!
John Kerry went on national television shortly after the Iraqi Liberation Act was signed in 1998.
On ABC he told Cokie Roberts he advocated American boots on the ground to force regime change.
On CNN he told Mark Shields that it would show leadership if President Clinton forced regime change REGARDLESS OF WHAT THE UN SAID. He also said that several of our allies would have a lot to answer for because he knew they would not sign on to our efforts in Iraq.

Sort of like, uh, the way, uh, George Bush, uh...speaks?
I've always been interested in politics (inherited from my grandpa!)and cast my first vote for a Republican, but I was limited to the MSM until I got a computer (first on Prodigy, then Free Republic), and I was "Free at last" (thanks, Jim Robinson) to learn what the real facts of the political world was like!
Here are some Clinton comments Re Iraq and WMD; you'd swear you were reading President Bush.

That whole episode just reenforced what I already knew about Democrats. Pivotal for me was the reelection of Reagan in 1984. By that point I was a hardcore conservative and have been since. My mom and dad were Reagan Democrats. They last voted for a Democrat in 1980 . . . sorry to say. From then on . . . HARDCORE REPUBLICANS!!!
Here is an RNC press release on Albright and Clinton's statements in the late 90's regarding Iraq and WMD and regime change. Again, you'd swear it was the Bush policy.

This is a Library of COngress compilation of what every major Democrat of note has had to say about Iraq. Again, they sound like hawks.
