On January 29, 2004, Jerusalem Bus 19 was attacked by a terrorist homicide bomber resulting in the deaths of eleven innocent civilians and the wounding of fifty more. The terrorist bomber laced his explosives with metal shards for maximum lethality.
The Jerusalem Connection International (formerly Christians for Israel, USA) exhibits Bus 19 throughout the United States. The exhibit serves to help Americans visualize the terror that Israelis face on a daily basis and to heighten the public's awareness in regards to terror. Being able to come close to the bus, to look inside will remind people that this type of violence can occur anyplace, anytime and anywhere, including right here in America. For more information, go to www.bus19.org and http://www.mt-ra.com

This Bus 19 Memorial and Anti-terrorism Rally is sponsored by the Israel-Christian Nexus, the Murrieta-Temecula Republican Assembly Club, StandWithUs.org and the Temecula Valley Republican Women Federated.
Additional exhibits and speakers will be on-site including police-sheriff (bomb squad & canines) and fire department first responder units, members from the Temecula Citizen Corps, the American Red Cross and the non-profit organization Pups for Peace. Pups for Peace trains canines in the United States in bomb detection and then sends the dogs to Israel for service (for more info go to: http://www.pupsforpeace.org)
The scheduled list of speakers include prominent leaders from the nation of Israel, local community and religious leaders, elected state officials, national security experts, and the President of The Jerusalem Connection International.
This event is being held to promote awareness and vigilance among the public about terrorism and to remind our community that such depraved acts of hatred can occur anywhere, even in our own hometowns if left unchecked. This event will have a distinctive American theme while also emphasizing the plight of Israel and the eleven innocent victims who were murdered on Bus 19.
Pro-American, pro-Israeli and anti-terrorism signs, patriotic flags, banners and similarly themed items are welcome. Flowers, cards and/or candles for the Bus 19 memorial exhibit are also appropriate.

God Bless America.
Thank you for helping publicize this.
It's worth noting that despite these attacks, the majority of Israelis are not in favor of segregating Arabs living within Israel, and the Israeli Supreme Court has directed that the security barrier be re-routed in certain areas to respect the integrity of traditional Arab villages.
This bus was just at Berkeley on Sunday. A word to you and your group: you *will* be verbally *and* physically attacked, as *always* happened during the SF anti-American (oops, they called it "anti-war") rallies in 2003, and at Berkeley.

Thanks for the report.
I'd tend to doubt that, given that Temecula is in Riverside County...hardly that heathen-haven of Berkeley. This county is something like 60/40 Republican.
We are flyover country!
Between now, and Feb.5, when the bus will be in Temecula, are there any other scheduled California stops?
Thanks for the ping. I'm in No. Cal.
Hey, I live in Temecula, put me on your ping list, please, thanks.
ping!
You're added to the FREEPNORAD California Sector Ping List. Welcome aboard and have a fine Air Force Day! ;-)
Besides our Feb. 5 Temecula event, this weekend the bus will exhibit in Hemet California (Jan. 21-23); link to the following PE news article for more info at:

Bus 19 will also exhibit in Los Angeles at the Museum of Tolerance on January 30, sponsored by StandWithUs.com; link to StandWithUs website at:

Whether you attend our Temecula rally or if you go to LA or Hemet, take a stand against the terrorism and the hatred directed against America and Israel. The cruelty and horror of the Bus 19 attack has the ability to change people's hearts and minds about the world we live in. In this way, the innocents who perished and who still suffer today will not be in vain.
God Bless America.
