I can't believe it's coming out of a liberal state. I applaud the people of New Hampshire (a rarity for me.)

If it does pass, I'll be interested to see if it even sparks a comment from the federal government.

Adding the introduction of this Respolution into the NH Senate, plus the state's voting for Kerry in the '04 election, makes me wonder if the Free State Project (as well as what seems to be an increasing # of Constitutionists into the state) are beginning to have a statewide impact.

LET'S REALLY HOPE SO. From what I've noticed so far, I don't think Kerry won NH--instead, Bush LOST NH because the smaller-government voters are sticking to principle & are voting for those who insist on cutting the federal government down to its Constitutional limits rather than voting for a big-government Republicans like President Bush. If that causes a socialist like Kerry to win the states' electoral votes, then too bad--maybe the GOP should become more like the New Hampshire Senate rather than having these 3rd Party voters vote GOP.

Live Free or Die!!!!!

"I can't believe it's coming out of a liberal state."

Liberals would *love* for the U.S. to forfeit its UN veto.

Wherever did you get the idea that New Hampster is a liberal state? It's not. There is a liberal band along the Massachusetts border where Mass. residents live because NH is a tax-free state.
