Did he call in to John Carlson's show?? I heard a male caller say the same thing (close to 6 p.m.). If so, he did well! He has a nice voice
To: Seattle Conservative
Yes that was him! Thank you.
He had just called me before he got on and I thought he had given up on getting on because he had been holding for an hour. So I was surprised when I heard his voice.

There is quite a sordid history of the state of Washington around 1889, including a number of very suspicious fires in a number of locations related to Washington constitution.Pretty interesting stuff. Can you tell us more? What happened?
To: truth49
Rec'd this via email this a.m. Thanks for posting anyway.

As they say,...the Devil is in the details, and in this case, it's that devil that's going to bite them in the end. It's not one little screwup or fraudoir, it's now in the dozens. One of them is going to reap rewards

What is being forgotten in all of this mish-mash of legalese is that GreGorvych HAD to win because she had already picked out her party dress!

Here's a standard a bit too difficult, apparently, to be followed:
WAC 434-262-090: "... No county's certified copy of the abstract of votes shall be considered as complete for acceptance by the secretary of state until all of the material required by statute and regulation has been received by the secretary of state...."

I can't blame King Co. for not submitting a sworn affidavit. No one on staff is dumb enough to set himself up for a perjury charge by signing a false affidavit.
To: truth49; All
24 of our 39 counties failed to provide all the required information for certification. Twenty-one didn't attach the county seal verifying accuracy of certification and three counties didn't even provide a sworn affidavit. Nonetheless, the Secretary of State certified the results of the manual recount. Many may claim that not attaching the seal is trivial, but it is the law. Clark Garfield and King counties failure to even provide sworn affidavit is almost unbelievable.
Elections are never perfect, in most cases the margin of error is less then the margin of victory; in this case it is not. I hope the results of a re-vote change the outcome of this election, but I think a re-vote regardless of the winner is essential, in order to give credibility to this governor. I truly believe and I hope I am correct that I would feel the same way if these questions existed and the results were reversed.

Sam Reed could avoid a decision on a petition to recall him by simple certifying the election and enforce it in an action in superior court.Certifying or decertying?

I meant to say decertify.
To: connectthedots
Did the legislature have this info when they certified her? Isn't that a violation of their own oath of office?
It's astounding that King county didn't provide any documents. Considering they were digging up voters there.
This election is a travesty and an outright fraud. King county found new ballots what 7, 8, 9 times?
And she has shown her integrity, or lack of it, by supporting the fraud.

When the news of the 3539 vote to voter disparity in King County was 1st announced, I called the SOS to get educated on how they can certify a moving number. I was told, very specifically, that Kink Kounty had signed an affadavit certifying the numbers, and the SOS then certifies that county's results based on that affadavit. Either the person I talked to was misinformed on the SOS having received the affadavit, or I was directly lied to.

A few people have been working on the 'recallreed' complaint and petition this weekend. The final version of the petition (minus final approval of the wording by the Attorney General) should be posted at 'recallreedblog.blogspot.com' by Sunday night. One of the petitioners will be delivering the complaint in person to the Secretary in Olympia on Tuesday.
Even though the petition will be posted we can not garner any signatures until the final approval from the AG. We have an email now: recall@comcast.net and will probably change the blog name to make it shorter.
