24 of our 39 counties failed to provide all the required information for certification. Twenty-one didn't attach the county seal verifying accuracy of certification and three counties didn't even provide a sworn affidavit. Nonetheless, the Secretary of State certified the results of the manual recount.

Many may claim that not attaching the seal is trivial, but it is the law. Clark Garfield and King counties failure to even provide sworn affidavit is almost unbelievable.

Elections are never perfect, in most cases the margin of error is less then the margin of victory; in this case it is not. I hope the results of a re-vote change the outcome of this election, but I think a re-vote –regardless of the winner – is essential, in order to give credibility to this governor. I truly believe – and I hope I am correct – that I would feel the same way if these questions existed and the results were reversed.

When the news of the 3539 vote to voter disparity in King County was 1st announced, I called the SOS to get educated on how they can certify a moving number. I was told, very specifically, that Kink Kounty had signed an affadavit certifying the numbers, and the SOS then certifies that county's results based on that affadavit. Either the person I talked to was misinformed on the SOS having received the affadavit, or I was directly lied to.
