You missed a bunch of zots, but there'll be plenty more for when you get the chance to be on longer.
Excellent work Airman!
Good to hear from you!

LOL!
Yeah, and every skinhead had a burn on each butt cheek! haha. Needless to say, the motivation level to march was VASTLY increased the next day!

Congrats! Boot camp is an experience that not everyone can survive, regardless of the branch. The toughest part for during boot camp was the total cut-off of information. This was back in 1976. I was a news junkie back them. Being cut off from the internet and talk radio for eight to 14 weeks would drive me bonkers!

Years ago I went to the Armed Forces Staff College and much of what we did was TPFDL (Prioritize unit and equipment for deployment) training. The standing joke was that the AF needed to get the O Club and swimming pool facilities in place first.

Good going and good luck. It seems just like yesterday...Well in June of this year will be 41 years since I joined the USAF the day after graduation of High school. Ended up with a retirement.

BTW, you may want to explain your screen name on your home page.
Second thought, maybe not.

I only had two 341s pulled, and they were about 10 seconds apart.
I was pulled one for not standing at attention when not speaking to my dorm MTI, and then I forgot to stand at attention when I said "yes sir" to let him know I understood why I had it pulled.
I hated dorm guard. There was one particular MTI that would make a point of coming around to bother me with either an expired ID, or one with Mickey Mouse's image.
