I have to say, once she's moved into the governor's mansion, any court is going to be very, very reluctant to throw her out without absolutely overwhelming evidence of intentional fraud. I think Rossi's done for as of noon tomorrow.

This in an outrage. Could you imagine the media hype and the protest if the GOP Candidate had won only after three counts.

Possession is 99 points of the law, The Dems know this, Once she ia sworn in its basically over. However I dont think there is any doubt this election was criminally fraudulent
Those people should be preosecuted.

Once they went to a hand recount, it was over. I mean did anyone ever doubt that the Objective Dems in King county would find just enough votes, that those pesky partisan machines somehow missed.

In future elections, King County will be watched like a hawk. Democrats will have to find another county to subvert the election process. King County's not going to get away with the chicanery any more.
That's one bright spot in this mess.

I have to say, once she's moved into the governor's mansion, any court is going to be very, very reluctant to throw her out without absolutely overwhelming evidence of intentional fraudYou are correct.
The only conceiveably viable legal strategy is to block the inauguration, WITH THE GOAL of seating the really elected governor, Rossi.
Revoting is weak and stupid. Someone won the election, it wasn't a tie.
Do-overs are for losers and babies.
Prove Rossi won the real election in court and seat the real governor.
Forget the revote.

Amazing! An election is clearly stolen in Washington State and only 1000 people show up to protest.
Well, if the Washingtonians don't care enough to protest en masse, why should I care...?

I really feel sorry for the people of Washington State
on this one. It is a true outrage. This may be a
dumb question but is GW allowed to step in with
the circumstances so blatantly fraudulent in King County?

Democrats disagree, saying the state constitution sets a very high bar for throwing out the results of an electionYes, the state constitution states that an election can only be thrown out if a republican wins. I think every elected republican in the state ought to just walk off the job. Pack up and move to a state where the people are honest.

I have posted this previously, but I think it is important enough to do so once again. Simultaneously this stealing of the election is:
1. Not new.
2. Not unexpected.
3. Par for a democratic course.
4. Going to happen again.
This article is suggested reading to those who have not previously seen it:
