I have to say, once she's moved into the governor's mansion, any court is going to be very, very reluctant to throw her out without absolutely overwhelming evidence of intentional fraud

You are correct.

The only conceiveably viable legal strategy is to block the inauguration, WITH THE GOAL of seating the really elected governor, Rossi.

Revoting is weak and stupid. Someone won the election, it wasn't a tie.

Do-overs are for losers and babies.

Prove Rossi won the real election in court and seat the real governor.

Forget the revote.

And it's too late for that. Washington courts close in 10 minutes for today. They open at 9 tomorrow, and the innaguration is at noon. Ain't gonna happen. Rossi blew it.

They need some sort of a massive protest as was seen recently in the Ukraine. That one showed the world that it can be done.

If they had enough to sue to overturn the results, they would have done so.

Rossi would have been within his rights to demand that the hand-count be invalidated because election workers altered ballots in a manner expressly forbidden my law, and the number of altered ballots exceeds the Rat margin of victory. On the other hand, even if he had managed to win such a challenge, he would have been tarred as having been "selected not elected".

State law does provide for a revote in situations where a combination of negligence and/or malfeasance make it impossible to acertain the winner with confidence. Because the number of invalid votes is known to exceed the margin of victory by a factor of at least ten, that would certainly seem to be the case here.

You're obviously not from Washington state, considering every point you made was flat out wrong!

If there was ever a legitimate scenario to demand a revote, this is it.
