Former Congressman Gary Condit has denied having an affair with murdered intern Chandra Levy, contradicting allegations from police and Levy's family that he did, according to tapes obtained by the Today show.
The revelations come from testimony that was part of an $11 million defamation lawsuit Condit filed against Court TV and Vanity Fair reporter Dominic Dunne.
