The events of 9-11 certainly took Condit off the map. He is probably the only American who benefited from that incident.

Him losing his seat in Congress benefited the rest of us.

Maybe he can start sleeping with Mary Mapes. I hear she has some free time.

I've taken depositions in cases where relationships are a central issue and you have to ask questions a bit more pointed than "Did the relationship ever become romantic." To a guy, that might mean flowers and "I love you." So he answers, "No, we were never romantic," even though she was giving him a Monica during the day and he was boinking her at night. The better way to ask the question is to describe the specific act, without using words like "romantic" and "relationship."

I'll admit, the story seems very ODD. but all I can find are Conspiracy Theory websites. And we all know those are hardly reliable.

Like Vince Foster, she really is dead ...

The media would have been all over it. It's a baseless accusation.

That's what they said about Juanita Broaddrick.

Fortunately she lived.

Old School Media LOVED Clinton. A Republican is different.
Condit was like a Republican only he was a Democrat. Their version of John McCain.

Condit voted for the impeachment of Clinton.

Partially true.

Condit voted for the House Bill to have an impeachment inquiry.

But, he voted NO on all FOUR Articles of Impeachment.

I remember lurking here at FR for several months after I signed on (2000 election). I think my very first post was on a Chandra Levy thread.

I remember Saundra Duffy freeping his office and making his life miserable.

I didn't know about Kasich being involved. I'd heard the rumors about Scarborough's staffer's death, but that was it.

Kasich used to fill in for Rush, didn't he and someimes on FOX?

You were, there, too? Very cool. You guys could be heard yelling on the news nightly it seemed. I remember the bullhorn, LOL!

Big time freeping is addictive, I'll bet.

Condit voted for the impeachment of Clinton.

He voted "nay" on all 4 articles.

Care to reframe your contention?

Oh Jeez, someone change this head. I glanced at it and thought it said:
