OK! I give up! At the risk of being told that I'm wasting everyones time here. Can someone please tell me W.I.T.H. a "ZOT" is and what is the significance of the kittens/cats that seem to be mandatorily displayed with any discussion of a zot?

Skimbell, although by now you are probably sorry you asked, don't be offended by some of the comments. A Zot thread is almost like a license for Freepers to let down their hair and act silly. For some strange reason they are always very popular threads.

Cats? I suspect a hobby of some here is to find and photochop pictures of kitties and then wait for the next Zot thread. I still don't understand the significance of the cats. Just a dumb inside thing that is done here.
