Just another worthless liberal elitist lifetime student!
I just worry about the young adults & their parents not being aware what an AmericaHating Commie Bastard this MF is!
When did Sean have this turd on his program? Radio or Cable?
He was on the T.V. show last night.
file a report at http://www.campus-watch.org/
I could not find any information on old Sul Ross.
I searched on his name and got the Ross Volunteers, but cant find anything on the old celebration of his birthday at his statue that used to be held
Lawrence Sullivan 'Sul' Ross
Here are some of the links I tried
http://www.geocities.com/Athens/Crete/6111/history.htm
http://aggietraditions.tamu.edu/timeline.shtml
A friend I knew once told me that some guy named Hopwood or Hopegood quietly stopped the celebration and alot of the cadets did not like it but he was kicking people out of the copps so they held their peace.
That is all I can share with you at this moment; gotta get on with some other things, sorry.

That puts me closer to what I was looking for.
No offense intended, but if you really depend upon "Spell-check", be careful. Be VERY careful! It doesn't KNOW everything so have your Dictionary handy! I know...I've been there!
YEah, no problem.
Note to in the history timeline not much being said about the old Confederate vets that helped to establish Texas A&M like Ross.
I never thought I would live to see the day that Texas A&M went PC and felt ashamed of its heritage.

Again, I found a reference to the Silver Taps day held at the Ross statue, but wasnt there also a day for Sul Ross himself?
http://stulife.tamu.edu/co/silvertaps.htm
I cant find any mention of that anywhere, but if you're an old Aggie, you could see for yoursefl what they are and are not doing now; see anything missing?
Was there a day for rememb ering Sul Ross each year?
Of course teachers give their opinion, but good teachers make sure their students know that and don't hold it against their pupils when there is a difference between them. I'm positive if you have a conservative and moral philosophy in this guys class you are not going to get the same grades a sheep would.
