Am I going nutz or did Joe Scarbourgh just compare the no child left behind to the CBS rathergate? The congressman has just jumped the shark. Does Al Jazeera have an advertisment for new pundits?

I think Joe is reaching. Why is he so hell bent on questioning "what loving God will cause Disaster".

He went over the edge a long time ago -- haven't watched him in a very long time.

Joe is a soft moderate. He should stop pretending to be Conservative and start acting like a Republican.

Oh yeah he's returned. Are they propping him up with a board strapped to his back? Perhaps PMSNBC told him they were considering permanently replacing him with Buchanan.
To: coffee260
I'd give him another chance if he stopped acting like an idiot.
Really, I would. As for Bill O'Reilly- he's hillariouse lately. He tries to imply he's a conservative... YEAH RIGHT

He's no more Conservative or Republican than Tucker Carlson or Robert Novak, and all three of them are media hyped Republicans or Conservatives.

I think Pat has ZERO chance of suppressing his antisemitism permanently.

Bill O'Reilly doesn't even imply he's a Conservative. The DUmmies and some on FR do.

I think the phrase "jumped the shark" has... well, jumped the shark, so to speak.

Novak, Scarborough, and Tucker Carlson.
Just CNN and MSNBC's effort to characterize Republicans and conservatives.
It failed.

I digress from jumping the shark. You are right but what metaphor would you use?

What exactly happened to Joe? I know he injured his back in some way, but what specifically happened to him? Car accident?

Methinks Joe has a point on the Williams/Bush payola deal. There's nothing wrong about criticizing another Republican, regardless of what President Reagan used to say. I'm glad he's letting us know about it, but I do wish that he would be more critical about federal involvement in education to begin with. Maybe this could be the start of achieving that goal! :-)

He's been doing this "what loving God will cause Disaster" schtick all week, and bringing that Jennifer Jereau woman on every night. She and that Rabbi, as well as the athiests and others he keeps bringing out are all obnoxious. I take that back, he did have Ann Graham Lott on, and she was good, but why does he have to do essentially the same show each night.
I've been turning it off the past couple of nights as soon as he brings his panel on to duke it out about God.
