'Kerry met with Soldiers from his state, asking them what he should tell Congress about the war in Iraq. The troops complained to Kerry that the good work that they are doing is not getting reported in the United States. Blue State Loyalty! They must not have gotten last night's email from sKerry!!!

Oh my gosh they are worshiping him.. the troops are beaming with pride and they look so happy to be in Kerry's presence. I bet they are saying - "Way to go Sir. We wish we could follow where ever you lead."
Or maybe NOT.

"What, exactly, do you mean when you say "sign the 180"?

If coming to Iraq doesn't prove how badly I want to get the heck away from my nutcase wife, nothing will! By the way, which one of you will be serving as my manservant while I'm here?"

There is just no comparison on how the troops feel. Their facial expressions tell so much:

,,, there's only two types of Americans in Iraq - those who work and fight and those who stand around with jackets on.

And the woman standing just to his right has a trigger finger that appears to be itching...IIRC, that's the hand signal for "I'm under duress"

Doesn't look like he exactly brightened their day, does it? I mean they look like they are watching paint dry.

Isn't that great? even Massachusetts soldiers know what's what.Don't count on the trend continuing. Part of the 42nd Division (primarily NY NG) is actually from MASS. Next time he visits, count on him dropping in on them for a more receptive audience. Since the NG is notoriously political, count on him receiving it. Also count on the lefty press figuring that out and giving him HUGE coverage. Ought to happen in about March.
Write this down. There will be a quiz in April about when/where you first heard about soldiers actually supporting Kerry.

"Well, Senator, since you asked, the $85 Million you voted against is finally begining to make a dent in the damage done by the 13 years of underfunding during the 'Peace Dividend' years. By the way, how long did you say you've been serving in the Senate?"
