Earthquake in So Cal- anyone feel it?

Posted on 01/06/2005 6:38:49 AM PST by SoCal Pubbie

Did anybody else feel that? One quick jolt around 6:30 AM Pacific. Hope it's not a foreshock!

Normally earthquakes don't scare me but after all the images of the tsunami victims it kind of freaked me out!

Felt a very slight jolt in Newport, although it was obviously not the kids jumping around upstairs.

I'm glad you posted this. I'm in the high desert and the chair I'm sitting on shook for a second.

Think I'll go turn on the news.

"Hope it's not a foreshock!"

Probably not. A 4.+ earthquake is not a big deal. There are a few every month, somewhere in CA.
