"....the Philadelphia city prosecutor in the case, Charles Ehrlich, attacked the defendants as "hateful" and referred to preaching the Bible as "fighting words," a characterization, the law group says, with which Judge Meehan agreed...."

Before a trial begins, the 'judge' has already decided quoting the Word of God, upon which he swore his oath of office, is 'hateful' and consisted of words sodomites consider 'fighting words'.

Every living and breathing Christian knows same gender sex is an abomination according to the Holy Trinity!!!

Check out.....Repent America

Dont think that Bush will do anything to protect or defend these Christians. Rumsfeld complies with an ACLU order to remove the boy scouts from meeting on Air bases and Powell believes that Kofi is the best thing since sliced bread. Bush is an eletist and believes that he is above this.

Ping to Pyro.

If true, than this is much more dangerous than I thought.

If true, then Christians need to start the frame work for an underground.

Next year in the catacombs?

The DA's office must have been on drugs. Time for the U.S. Dept. of Justice to intervene, by investigating the violation of civil rights of these individuals.

This is an outrage! Anyone from the U.S. Attorney's, office who recommended to police that they should violate the rights of Christians, should be fired and prosecuted for civil rights violations!!!

What a lovely country we now live in (at least, in certain "blue" areas).

Militant, nasty, filthy, obscene, violent fags can get away with murder. Christians at the same event get arrested.

May God have mercy on this country.........but darned if I know why He should any more.

Is it not also a hate crime when you arrest someone for their religious beliefs? here is an excerpt from the PA. Hate crime law

EXTRACTS FROM PENNSYLVANIA CRIMES CODE
§ 2710. Ethnic intimidation (a) Offense defined. —A person commits the offense of ethnic intimidation if, with malicious intention toward the actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, mental or physical disability, sexual orientation, gender or gender identity of another individual or group of individuals, he commits an offense under any other provision of this article or under Chapter 33 (relating to arson, criminal mischief and other property destruction) exclusive of section 3307 (relating to institutional vandalism) or under section 3503 (relating to criminal trespass) with respect to such individual or his or her property or with respect to one or more members of such group or to their property.

Should not the police officer, the DA and the judge also be arrested for the hate crime towards religion? Especially the DA as the DA seems to have a malicious intent?

"After a confrontation with a group called the Pink Angels, described by protesters as "a militant mob of homosexuals," the 11 Christians were arrested and spent a night in jail."

Homos are NOT angels! They admittedly are not religious, they hate God, they hate Jesus, they hate women, they hate children, they sexually abuse male children.

They are the "beast"

This from the Philly Outfest site,'about us' page.

Philly Pride Presents is as about as grassroots of an organization as you can get, and duly proud of it. Philly Pride is a tax exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Its meetings are the first Saturday of every month and are open to the public. It makes a public accounting of its funds to the community after each event. Its coordinators are elected by all community members present at their meetings. The organization has registered trade names of Philly Pride Presents and OutFest.

So their meetings are open to the public but their events held on public property aren't? Or only if you're a Christian who quotes scripture? I think we can see what's going on here, doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out.

One thing that really burns me in addition to the arrests is that the judge has barred them from evangelizing within 100 yards(or is it feet?) of any homosexual event. I'd like to know how in the world he can justify that order. Guess we know the answer to that too.

The ethnic intimidation charge stems from Pennsylvania's "hate crimes" law – to which the newest "victim" category of "sexual orientation" was recently added.

Need we say more? This sh!t needs to be overturned NOW!

According to the Justice Department employee, who spoke on the condition of anonymity,

I don't like it when the MSM relies on anonymous sources. And we shouldn't lap it up when WND does the same.
