Total Meltdown in King County Voter List
Sound Politics ^ | December 31, 2004 | Stefan Sharkansky

Posted on 01/03/2005 2:48:35 PM PST by swilhelm73

It was last reported that there were 3,539 more ballots counted in King County than voters who cast them. The discrepancy is actually much larger.

The 3,539 is only the net. This comes from having roughly 1,500 more voters than counted ballots in some precincts, and about 5,000 more ballots than known voters in other precincts.

[This picks up where I left off in the post below about Precinct 3301. I can find only 41 precinct changes among counted voters in the Dec. 29 file since the Nov. 1 file and these appear to be provisional voters who corrected their precincts at the polls. Conclusion: in certain precincts there are about 1,500 more known voters who cast ballots that were accepted than there are ballots that were counted in the manual recount].

Bob Williams of the Evergreen Freedom Foundation brought to my attention several sections of the WAC that govern the canvassing boards. As I read the WACs, the King County canvassing board should not have certified its election without getting the count of voters to reconcile with the count of ballots, and that is something that they obviously have not done.

Among these: WAC 434-262-040

Verification of auditor's abstract of votes. The county canvassing board shall examine the auditor's abstract of votes and shall verify that all of the individual precinct and absentee ballot totals have been included in the abstract and that the subtotals and county-wide totals for registered voters and votes cast are an accurate reflection of the sum of those individual precinct and absentee ballot totals. [See the other sections in chapter 434-262 for related rules].

I suspect that the canvassing board simply checked the total number of registered voters on the rolls and not the number of voters who cast ballots. But that would be terribly lame if that's all they think they're required to do.

In any case, I would be very surprised if King County will be able to account for both 1,500 ballotless voters and 5,000 voterless ballots. The few explanations that have been offered, confidential voters and military voters, only account for about 100 and at most 200 voterless ballots respectively.

Please keep us up to date on this. If the Pubbies keep up, I think WA may be the place where Dem fraud gets brought to its knees.

Of course, they'll find other ways of doing it, but their tried and true traditional systems for vote fraud will be burned, so maybe they'll be knocked out for an election or two.

This is the place for the Republicans to make their stand and expose the cheating of the dems once and for all.

MOVEON.org, John Kerry, DNC all are pouring money into Christine Gregiore's war chest and plenty of Boston and New York lawyers are busy as little socialist bees trying to hold back the tide of justice.

Well, looky here:

They're a bunch of total freaks who cannot abide a legal system.

The key at this point, IMO, is to throw a wide net and collect all of the information we can WRT any possible shenanigans.

If they are there, AND if we can PROVE it, then we call for the long knives and push the bastards as hard as we can.

But: The case has to be good, and the evidence must really be there or it will fall flat. We have to be able to prove it, and in language that even journalists can understand.

Chad,

Yes--I can skip them, or read them. Everyday there is another thread on the vote fraud. More evidence, all the time.

My question is still stands. Until that is answered, I don't need any more evidence presented in thread after thread. I want to see someone held accountable and the election of this Democrat harpie nullified.

Sharkansky deserves a medal.

This reminds me of when the bloggers sunk Dan Rather's attempt at fraud.

Hey bozos in the bureaucracy: You can't get away with this sh*t anymore!

And it seems this revote thing is really beginning to catch on. You'll pry that office from Gregoire's cold dead fingers (not to mention the cold dead fingers of all the Democrat agency heads who are hanging on for dear retirement boost).

Well, if it comes to that, I think we can oblige.

I'm hoping the people of this state won't forget this during the next election...

Screw that. I want people arrested, tried and imprisoned over this one!

Well... there sorta has to be evidence collected before a court can nullify the election. That's just the way it works around these parts. :-)

It is being done. Stay tuned.

And we have a group of Christians in Philadelphia, Pa. who are facing felony charges for protesting a homosexual rally. This is out of hand!

We all KNOW the election in Washington State was stolen. Still, the question remains:

Will this injustice be corrected and the decision overturned?

Until that question is answered, everyone can stop posting more and more threads about it.

I cannot believe that your talking such trash. If you're not interested in the Demo-crack-addicts stealing elections in our state...watch out, with your apathy...they'll soon be coming to a town near you!
