Of course this discussion is of necessity only involved in generalities.

Washington state is a sickening cesspool of liberalism. It makes Kalifornicate look like a reasonable land. Of course it's a beautiful place and all that but it's politics stink.

Texans are the most ill-educated lot outside Arkansas. That's a statistical fact. They are the most litigious state in the Union ... because they are generally just too mean to get along. Now mind you I think mankind in general is a miserable lot of evildoers but Texans are a special breed.

Now mind you I like it here. I'm meaner than most of them are but I don't lie cheat and steal and know how to protect myself from those who do.

I would go on and explain why Texas is a red state but I would be banned form FR forever for egregious slander.

This really helps to prove how we have to get the voting system fixed. The way it is now is too unsecure. Hopefully they will revote, any idea if they will?

Concurring slam-bump.

Texans don't have to explain jack to anybody. They began by making a gloved-and-spurred dictator crawl to them, and they've been doing things their way ever since.

Transplanted rock-farming Yankees in the Pacific Northwest who didn't want Texas in the Union in the first place and then threw a fit, and a war, when we left again, can just choke on it and die: they wish they could say they were from Texas!

Texans are the most ill-educated lot outside Arkansas. That's a statistical fact.

So explain why your favorite home state keeps voting for people like Hillary, and then we can maybe begin to backtrack to fundamental underlying questions like, "educated in what?"

They are the most litigious state in the Union ... because they are generally just too mean to get along.

Faint hearts in the other states insisted Texans, as a favor to them, give up their usual methods of resolving differences -- namely, improving society and the gene pool by shooting the miserable SOB.

Now mind you I think mankind in general is a miserable lot of evildoers but Texans are a special breed.

You're going to have to work harder, to explain why. I don't see any support so far.

I would go on and explain why Texas is a red state but I would be banned form FR forever for egregious slander.

Oh, go ahead. Don't be a girly-man, or a girly-girl. Show us your FReeper red blood.

Oh, I assure you. I owe allegience to no state. Silly idea really. I am violently nationalistic and growing moreso by the year but states mean absolutely nothing to me. I suppose I am a tad regional and care least of all for the NE in general with the Left coast coming a close second.

That's as far as I care to go.

Silly idea really.

Bobby Lee didn't think so. He put his family and neighbors first, ahead of any merchant-imperial National Greatness agenda, just like the Framers did.

You're a Mugwump. Texans are Jacksonians. There's the difference.
