I see how his death could help hillary '08 (sympathy) but I don't see how his surgery helped kerry '04. Anyway he looks like he isn't going to make it to '08.
Many drug abusers seem to have continuing health problems that manifest themselves only after a major crisis ensues.

I think the surgery gave him some sympathy. Remember the AP disinformation campaign, attempting to make it look as if evil wepubicans booed President Bush when he made a few gracious remarks on being informed of Clinton's surgery. If TV cameras had not recorded the obvious fact that the audience's reaction was clearly very sympathic, they may gotten away with it.
As to making it to 2008, liquid nitrogen works where botox fails.

Same here...never heard of Parkside Hill. The Temple the Clinton's used for this photo-op is in Queens Village. There's another in Hollis Hills.
Queens Village??? is Parkside Heights? What Park? What Heights? (BTW, when I emmigrated from Queens, QV was pretty solidly Irish/Italian with a smattering of Jews.)
And while we are at it, how much has her "husband," Clinton (him) donated from his equally ill-gotten gains?
Does anyone doubt the conclusion that those who take this corrupt couple seriously, are themselves mentally defective?

I think that some non-NYer reporter with no knowledge of the city outside certain Manhattan neighborhoods was assigned the story and had to say something. There is no Parkside Hill or Parkside Heights in Queens. And, you left a long time ago....
I didn't know that Queens was that geologically unstable. When I was there, other than filling in the swamps, it hadn't changed much since the last ice age.
How nice. They've pledged their support. Now, let's see how much of that cash they've gotten from book deals and cattle futures they pony up to support the relief efforts.
