I've been trying to find what he means too. Do we need to reset our clocks? I'm starting to think the media is just misinterpreting what he says.

Probably posted somewhere but bears repeating.........

The catastrophic death toll in Asia caused by a massive tsunami might have been reduced had India and Sri Lanka been part of an international warning system designed to warn coastal communities about potentially deadly waves, scientists say.

Some 6,800 people in India and Sri Lanka were among the more than 11,000 people killed after being hit by walls of water triggered by a tremendous earthquake early Sunday off Sumatra.

"They had no tidal gauges and they had no warning," said Waverly Person, a geophysicist at the National Earthquake Information Center in Golden, Colo., which monitors seismic activity worldwide. "There are no buoys in the Indian Ocean and that's where this tsunami occurred."

Yes, we may need to adjust the clocks or, if we've slowed or speed up, ALL the clocks would just be obsolete because it wouldn' be the same rate of speed at all. Think how much warmer our summers would be if we had a few more minutes of sunshine. We would shoot up five or six degrees and that would fry some of our crops. Also, our winters would be more cold.

Frankly, I think the guy probably said that the rotation could be affected not that it has been affected. I don't think data could be gathered this fast to maintain such an absolute statement.

We need to reset our clocks to 8pm (EST). The date is now June 12 and please amend all maps and atlas' to show that the north pole is now located at Parma Ohio. Thanks
