LOS ANGELES (AP) - The home and car of a city employee were vandalized Friday, and police say the group possibly responsible is on the U.S. Justice Department's list of domestic terror organizations.
"ALF eyes on you" was spray-painted on the home of Jackie David, spokeswoman for the city Department of Animal Services, police said.
The acronym stands for Animal Liberation Front, a radical animal rights group that authorities have accused of attacking restaurants in California and other states.
The group is suspected of attacks on Los Angeles-area fast-food restaurants and a Hollywood Hills home in November.
In those attacks, vandals shattered windows and spray-painted "ALF" at two McDonald's and threw a smoke bomb into the home of an executive of a company that uses animals in drug testing, police said.
"Some people think that by doing this they are helping the animals," David told KCBS-TV. "They are sorely mistaken."

Liberals. Tolerance. Bullcrap.

Why did they attack this city employee? The story doesn't tell if he/she was a dog catcher or what.
Apparently, Jackie David is guilty of being the spokeswoman for the LA Department of Animal Services which looks a really upscale dog pound.
Oops, thanks. That's what happens when I try to read posts at 3:00am. :)
Why aren't these guys demonstrating outside general and family practitioners' MD offices? Do they have a CLUE how many bacteria are killed during cold and flu season with those antibiotics?
They should terrorize every citizen who survived pneumonia. It is hardly a fair fight!!
BTTT!!!!!!!
And here I thought I was clicking on a story about a pack of wild animals.
On second thought, maybe I was.
Just one more flake organization we have to bury sooner or later.
These idiots smashed up a Cancer research lab at the U of Minnesota a few years back. Let all the lab rats free in a field (where they promptly died) and destroyed two years worth of collected Cancer research data. It ruined the Phd. experiments of three researchers and shut off the tiny ray of hope for one human subject undergoing highly experimental brain cancer treatments. I hope that they catch these morons and throw the book at them.
