"These judges who legislate instead of adjudicate, do it without being responsible to one single solitary voter for their actions. Zell is right about today's Judiciary.
The Founders gave us the means to correct abuses by the Judiciary. It's about time this country gave some thought to limiting the terms of Supreme Court, and lower court, judges who are unelected, accountable to no one, have a disconnect from the American mainstream, and legislate from the bench.
