I agree. Unfortunately, the courts do not.

Chain of custody?

I think the Dems are claiming they were locked at all times, but they're liars, so...

How about all the homeless voters who listed their address at board of election hq. I find that a little troublesome.

You're right. No equal protection issues here. "Chain of custody" is not a federal issue.

I hope the republicans had a US-SC appeal locked and loaded.

Doesn't that journey have to start at the 9th Circuit Court?

This is just incredible. Dime to donuts there's a DNC memo called, 'How to Steal and Election'.

What about the ballots that were "augmented"? There were even some with white out on them. The only viable solution to this mess is a run off. It'll cost us, but I think that it will cost us a lot less than just allowing Gregoire to be Governor.

Yeah, after all...the Democrats stole this election fair and square...right?

C'mon...this is robbery. It cannot be tolerated.

On another post, someone said that Rossi should not actually concede but merely withdraw with class while showing the WA electorate the depths of the Dem's efforts to simply "get a win".

Nah, the Governor election is a state issue, only.

The race for governor is a state issue, would USSC even get involved in that? They wouldn't get involved in the senate race.

Well ... we will now have a federal court appeal and a likely "contested election" process. These illegal ballots must not be able to change the outcome of three state recounts and can not stand. I'm not saying/predicting that this will be overturned, only that everything possible must be undertaken to stop this fraud-filled election and Ron Sims' King County election department travesty. Shame!!!

I am tired of this place. It's going to take a long time and a hard fight to try and change things in Olympia. Sadly, this state is ruled by liberals and activist judges and they'll keep changing the rules and stealing elections. As far as I am concerned they can have their communist utopia. I think it's time for me to move to a red state.

I can't accept this woman as my governor, rin.

I accepted Gary Locke, but I can't accept her.

As long as the pubbies have such proof, then they are justified in proceeding. If not, hang it up.

The SD voters rewarded him in this last election with the win over Daschle.

I'm not sure it was because he lost "suspiciously" in 2000. This year, the RNC poured millions and millions into Thune's campaign. Yes, they knew Daschle was weak, but the welll-financed campaign won it. The RNC would never pour money into this loser Blue state. If they'd been willing to, Rossi might have had a convincing win in the first place.
